Mail these three items to us (address found at contact us). How long does it take for me to receive my services? If you choose to sign up online and pay via credit card your listing will become available immediately. We will install and deliver signage within 3-business days. Recommended If you choose to mail your listing information in via U.S. Mail we will usually list the property within 24 hours of receiving it. We will install and deliver signage within 3 business days thereafter. We will call you and make the proper arrangements to conduct the photo shoot of your home. (Applicable only if you ordered the feature of photo shoot) How long does my listing remain active? Your listing on our site will be active until it is sold, taken off the market. listed with a realtor or 6 month listing period has expired. How much does it cost to use your services? See Custom Features/Pricing for specific details. You are renting our signs, not buying them. By reusing the signs more than once we are able to keep the listing fee as low as possible. How do I get the Signs back to you? When your listing is sold, expired, taken off the market, or listed with a realtor, simply call us at 406-422-7165. Recover the directional signs, and notify us where they will be placed at the property. These directional signs, and open-house signs will be picked up at once, along with the yard-sign. If you cancel your listing before we have visited your property for; photo-shoot and/ or sign installation, you will receive a full refund minus monies we have already expended for your custom sign rider. Who writes the property descriptions? You as the homeowner are most knowledgeable of the property making you most qualified for writing the property description on your listing. You may easily make online changes to this information anytime after you have created your listing. Can I make changes to my listing once it is posted on the site? Yes, you can. We have designed ByOwnerHelena.com so that you can easily make changes at no cost anytime you want. Simply log into your listing via the Seller Login and follow the instructions. Any changes you make will display instantly. How do I get my photos to you? You may upload your pictures directly to your listing by using the “pictures” link while logged into your listing page. Photos must be in JPEG format, please keep digital photos under 200K in size. You may also mail print photos into us to be scanned and uploaded by ByOwnerHelena.com Do I have to install the Signs myself? We install the yard sign. The directional and open-house signs are easily placed by the customer. How do I find an Attorney, Appraiser, or Property Inspector? See our Service Directory. How do I get pre-approved to buy it now? Fill out the simple information form at Get Pre-Approved to Buy it Now. We do offer a service to perform a digital photo shoot of your home at your convenience. While you are creating your listing you will have an option to select this feature. If you already have a listing and have made the decision to add this feature see our services order form. What if I have commercial property or acreage that requires larger signage? If you need more exposure for your commercial property or acreage contact us, 406-422-7165, to appropriately provide you with a quote for specially made enlarged signage. |
